The Department of Biotechnology was established from the session 2023–24 by Directorate of Higher Education, Govt. of Chhattisgarh, with Undergraduate programme and the programme was affiliated by Shaheed Mahendra Karma Vishwavidyalaya, Bastar Chhattisgarh.
